General Return Policy

• Timeframe: You have up to 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.
• Eligibility:
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Process:

  • If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the product back to our fulfillment center.You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@urbze.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Sale items and gift cards

If the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

Fabric Variations

Please note that the fabric may appear thicker or thinner than it does on your screen due to screen settings and display variations. Items cannot be returned for this reason. We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• Color Preferences: Returns due to color preferences (e.g., “I didn’t like the color” or “I thought it would look different”) cannot be accepted unless the color you received is different from what you ordered. Please note that screen settings may slightly alter the appearance of colors.
